IVR voice recording service
If you’ve already got a process in place, we can work with your IVR scripts to create professional voiceovers for your system. We’ll take the script you supply us with, scan it for any errors, and put it in the hands of your selected voiceover artist.
We follow this nine-step process to create your professional IVR recordings:
Initial discovery call – we’ll discuss the script, type of voiceover, tone of voice, deadlines and future requirements
Free, no-obligation quote – we’ll supply a quote based on your script
Record audio demos – we’ll create a few demos with suitable voiceovers
Your feedback – a chance to give us your thoughts, and request any changes
Choose your voiceover – select an artist that best suits your brand
Book and record voiceover – we’ll record your IVR messages at our studio
Professional audio editing – we’ll carefully edit each IVR prompt
Master and finalise IVR prompts – the final stage before you receive your recording!
Delivery via secure download link – ready to upload to your system
Attention to detail and close communication ensures that the final product is delivered on time, to your exact specifications. Our standard turnaround period is five working days, with the option to upgrade to ‘express two working day’ or ‘same day’ delivery.

IVR consultant service
For a comprehensive review of your audio branding and customer experience, choose our IVR consultant service. This includes all of the above, with the addition of more pre-production work.
A discovery call gives you and us the opportunity to discuss the project as a whole, including your needs, goals and deadlines. From this, we will be able to outline your requirements and our recommendations, pairing them with estimated costs.
If you’re happy with these initial estimates and suggestions, we’ll arrange a meeting to perform a high-level review of your call flows and scripts, and the scope of the work to come. We will then provide a formal quotation and detailed proposal for your approval.
IVR strategy day
During our strategy day, we will fact find, map caller journeys, optimise call flows, and explore in-queue & on hold marketing messages. Our IVR consultant will work with you to create the perfect customer journey.
Script creation & call flows
The lessons taken away from the strategy day will allow us to create call flow diagrams and associated scripts, which we will present for review and approval.
Professional IVR recording
Once the scripts and call flows have been signed off, we’ll record and produce your IVR prompts ready to upload onto your Storm Platform, using the nine-step process outlined above.
IVR reference pack
Finally, we’ll create an information pack containing all IVR, in-queue and on hold
scripts. This will include file names and recording notes for future reference.
To ensure that your IVR system continues to deliver results, we also offer an optional retained service. This would involve a monthly call with your dedicated account manager, to discuss and implement new recordings as required.
