The above tools use cookies to collect standard website usage information and visitor behaviour in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website including your IP address is transmitted by the above service providers. This information is then used to evaluate visitors’ use of our website and to complete statistical reports for internal reports.

Any personal information you submit via the website through form submission is stored in our CRM system. We only collect basic personal information such as name, phone number, email address, company name and address, and the type of service you’re looking for.


Marketing communications

Our lawful grounds of processing your personal data to send marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interests – to grow our business.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations we may send you marketing communications if

b. Asked for more information about our goods or services

If you are a limited company we may send you marketing emails without your consent, however you are able to opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.

How long we will keep your data

We will retain your information for a range of purposes which will define how long we need to keep such information, below is an example but this is not an exclusive list.

Recorded telephone conversations will be retained for a maximum of 366 days from the date of the call.

Data for the purposes of marketing will be retained for 3 years form the point of last contact with you; this may include, use of our website, opened emails, telephone calls and other responses to our communication with you.

Data for compliance with legal obligations arising from purchases or contracts entered into for example accounting and tax will be retained for 7 years.

If you have made a purchase or entered into a contract, we will retain your information indefinitely to support the service we have or are supplying to you.

Telephone Call Recording

By calling any of our telephone numbers you consent that your call may be recorded or monitored for, but not limited to, training, general customer service functions, order processing, query resolution, reviewing our customer service standards and ensuring we offer you the best service possible.

Both inbound and outbound telephone calls may be recorded which means any personal data given over the phone will be stored securely in audio format by our telephony providers. We will be able to identify your call(s) by the telephone number(s) you used to contact us.

The personal information you provide over the telephone will be entered into our CRM system and you consent to receiving marketing and other information from us. You can of course unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the process outlined above.
